for March!
I am aiming to get my "Ginger Kisses" quilt top
(just the top) finished this month.
I have the background pieces cut....
The arcs need to be appliqued to these.
I want to add a 'piano keys' border,
to either two or four sides....
I have some real Ginger Kisses to sustain me!
I hope I can do it....March is already one week old!
How did that happen?
How did that happen?

Good luck with your goal! And oh my those cookies look good!!
Good luck Suz! I love your choice of background - it's going to be another stunner!
This will another bright and happy finish, whether it be March or April by that time. I doubt the edible Ginger Kisses will last that long.....
Yum I love Ginger Kisses. I love your Ginger Kisses too although I don't think it would be quite as tasty.
Looks absolutely fabulous!
Adorable pattern! They remind me a bit do Echinacea! Lots of pieces!
It is going to be stunning!!
That is going to be such a wonderful quilt, you have a lovely bit of sewing planned for March.
This is certainly a project that will keep you inspired to the finish line. Love the color mix and the proposed borders!
It does feel like March is moving along a bit too quickly, doesn't it? At least we get 31 days for all our deadlines--self-imposed and otherwise.
Happy sewing!
Don't the days just fly by! We must be having fun. Enjoy your projects
Beautiful! And I just love the border idea. I always do plain borders, when I do borders at all, I just don't feel like making the extra effort for a fancy border but I can see how it would be worth it in some instances!
Looks like a great month and another beautiful make! Yummy cookies!
Oh stop flaunting that flea market fancy at me!!!! Swooning x
It's such a beautiful quilt top and that will spur you on to finish. I've never noticed those ginger kiss cookies in the super market, ill keep an eye out for them, they look yummy!
I've never had a ginger kiss - they look yummy as does the sewing version :)
Love that Denyse posy fabric! Interesting choice but it looks great with the blocks. Are you hand appliqueing the segments? This was the part of the instructions that sort of freaked me out... good luck!
This is going to be so beautiful!
Ginger Kisses is looking fab. I decided on the same fabric for my background but haven't even started it yet.
I love the pickle-dish! And this version is just so perfect. I like the fact that you can choose a special fabric to fill the hole and it remains intact. Not cut and pieced as an outer circle. What a great idea!
Your Ginger Kisses looks great - love the DS fabric for it. This is one of those quilts I'd love to make....maybe 2014! Enjoy.
