Much as I try, I cannot settle on a name for this quilt!
Sue Daley, the designer, calls it Quattro Colour!
But I feel it needs to be a little more special.
Anyway, here she is.....
I've spent the last week quilting a simple flower design
with a Westalee ruler...
Initially I was concerned about the centre 'blob' where
the stitching starts and finishes...
but I figure once it is washed and dried,
it will be barely noticeable.
The back is very neat!
I kept the quilting simple in the border too....
it is barely visible, being on black fabric.
I used my Aurifil thread stash with mainly white on the
front and the dark grey on the back!
The quilt finished at about 68" square....
Not much else to add,
so enjoy the photos....

A label will need to wait until I settle on a name.

Oh wow! It's such a large quilt to be EPPed. I know how much time is put into a quilt like this - similar to my LindaNova quilt. Does your quilt really need a name? Or maybe you name all your quilts. I've given up trying to name my quilts unless the quilt is going into a show. Looks like you enjoyed quilting with the template ruler. Someone told me that an EPP quilt shouldn't be quilted along the piecing lines. Is that why you used the design you did? Because it doesn't follow piecing lines? I think you did a beautiful job with this, and I hope you find a place to use it. (Unlike mine, which is folded up in the top of the closet!)
Beautiful! I see lots of fussy cutting. That means a lot of time. Was this hand pieced?
How about Garden of Splendor?
Oh this is lovely. Did you hand piece this one? I can't tell from the photos. A friend of mine pieced that quilt by hand but then had it machine quilted. She won "Best Use of Color" for it at our last guild quilt show and it was the first time she'd ever entered a quilt in any show.
The blocks remind me of snowflakes, no two alike. “Colorful snowfall” maybe?
She is beautiful and so colourful. Well done on the quilting & there is no blob I can see in the centres. I like the way you've taken a lot of the photos and just at the moment with our weather I'm finding it hard to take any outside & even inside the light isn't good. Congrats on such a wonderful finish Susan. How about Pastiche for a name? An artistic work consisting of a medley of pieces taken from various sources: a pastiche of literary models and sources. Don't know if that fits but I'm throwing it out there. Sometimes names for my quilts seem obvious or come easy. Other times I'm at a loss.

What a wonderful finish. The blocks in this quilt are stunning. Lots of work with all the fussy cutting. The fabric combinations are a delight.
And beautiful work with the quilting. That finishes the whole quilt of beautifully.
