Catching Up

Time for a little catch-up!

These cute puppies have been in my stash for too long!

I saw what a friend had done with hers and just

                        had to copy it!

It's not a big one, but I am sure it will make someone                                       smile!

And some stash enhancement!

I'm thinking of making a boxy top with the bottom

one- an 'out-of-print' Kaffe Fassett.

One of the leftover panels has become a weebraw bag!

I decided to brush up on my embroidery skills, with

this

Christmas decoration.

And I have nearly finished the hand quilting my voile

AMH Summer quilt....

I'll need to get something to bind it with and then

some photos....stay tuned!

Happy days!

Looks like you're jumping into projects with fervor, and making some cute things - the dog faces quilt, the counted cross-stitch ornament, the bag, and your hand-quilting project. Such lovely stitches! Enjoy your free time, and this lovely Christmas season!

I love your doggy quilt Suz and was thinking it would be a lovely play mat for baby. ( Looking at baby quilts for 2 new grand babies due next year. :)
Your handquilting is superb!

I love what you did with the puppy print. I have the bird version by the same designer and have a few left after making another project. Perhaps I'll borrow your idea to use up the leftover birds. Merry Christmas! Wishing you a wonderful retirement and 2021.

Those dogs are adorable.

I love this idea. I have had these panels for awhile, my original though was to make pillows out of them with pretty fabric borders, similar to your pictures. Using Kaffe fabrics would be perfect for pillows or a quilt using these adoralb panels.

Lots of projects to keep you busy Susan... in between cycling and getting out and about. I hope you have had a great Xmas day (I'm just getting ready to prepare the pudding section of our late lunch) and you get a chance to enjoy your crafting in whatever way suits you! Xx Suz

The puppy fabric is adorable. That will be a fun little quilt. And how special is the little bag made with the leftovers!
Of course I think the decoration is perfect!
I think you are settling in quite well to retirement.
