Giving it one last try!

Before I make my move to Wordpress final,

I am giving Blogger one last try!

(Helen's Dresden is all basted and being hand quilted. The straight lines are the machine basted stitches)

I have tried numerous 'fixes' to the comments/email

problem....

So this is my last resort!

But what is a blogpost without some pretty pictures!

Here are the Clambake pieces I have been

hand piecing.....

Now to wait to see if any comments get forwarded to

my inbox....

Fingers crossed!

🙏

SUZ

Helen’s Dresden quilt is beautiful! I’m happy for you to be hand quilting it, and hope your fingers hold up. And speaking of fingers... I have mine crossed that you’ll be emailed my comment. We’re due for a Blogger fix!

Love the pictures. Hope you get the comments again. It seems that I have the problem fixed by renewing the email address.

Did you make the comments fix in your blog settings. The comment issue has been solved and many are posting the solution.

Go into your design wall and on left hand side go into your settings and then click on email and then where you have your email address in the comment notification box, delete it and then save and then re enter your email address and save again.

Then you will get an email from blogger with a invitation to receive comment notification and then click on SUBSCRIBE and then your emails will start coming through to your email address.

If you haven't done this fix, please try.

Love the bright colors you've chosen for the clambake blocks--one of my favorites.

I've tried this three times now without any success! Why does it work for some, but not others!!!! I am fed up with Blogger!

I'm loving the clambake. Apart from EPP, I've never handstitched any blocks before.
I tried a fix on blogger the other day, I received one of the three comments that appeared after it. I'll keep my word press blog ready to go, but like you am hesitant to make the final change. Thankfully I am able to keep my blog name.

If you move to another site I'll still follow you :)

Susan
I did my first blog post after the Blogger fix. One thing I found, because I moderate all comments, is that after the fix I was not receiving moderation notifications. So I went back into the settings to moderate and reset my blog address there too. I then received an email to subscribe to moderation notifications. Now I am so Super Set. It's all working great. Hope you stay with Blogger. It's so much easier for a reader to navigate your blog.

I’m doing a test comment for the patron saint of my blog in hopes that she does not abandon me on Blogger which is now once again working for me. But I do have to gush over these projects; I love the Dresden’s; I want to do something similar with my coffin blocks. Anyways, singing this to the tune of Peggy March’s song, I will follow you, wherever you may post
