Short and Sweet!

I've had a finish this week....

I lightly quilted my Tiger Tales quilt over the course

of the last week,

adding some hand quilting too!

I am happy to be donating this one to a refuge for

domestic violence victims.

The backing came from my stash, the name long forgotten

I hope brings comfort,

just as this cute little dog does.

Happy sewing!

Nice finish and perfect for a charity. Looks like you used a disappearing 9-patch pattern. I'm working on a disappearing 9-patch right now myself. On a side note I thought of you and the silo art you shared when my husband and I traveled across Kansas last week and saw lots of grain silos along the way. I told him about the art and he thought it was a great concept.

It's lovely to get these little projects done, as I think they put gas in our tank for getting the bigger projects tackled. This is a sweet little quilt to donate. I may end up doing that with some of my Frivols' quilts, if random babies don't show up in my life first to claim them. (Love that backing!)
