Eight completed quilts,
Five gifted, three kept. |
Not a record, but I savoured every stitch!
Some of my small makes...
and the rest!
I am still hatching my plans for 2015, but this one is
on my immediate radar-
I am entering year three of my
Mid-Century Modern Bee,
participating in the "Four-In-Art" challenge-
(more details on our Flickr page!)
and planning something with these-
But first I need to finish this-
What plans do you have for this year?
Happy sewing!

Wowza! Some fabulous finishes- both big and small! And I am excited to see what you are cooking up for 2015! It's bound to be spectacular!
Great finishes--large and small! Looking forward to seeing all your fabulous projects in 2015. It's going to be a fun year from the looks of things!
in 2014, I decided to keep track of what I finished and at what stage my other projects were. I finished 13 quilts! I found I was more organized and much more productive. 2015 should be even better.
Love your quilts and that bright star quilt will be gorgeous when completed.
Lots of wonderful makes in 2014, Susan! Here's wishing lots more creative fun in 2015. Happy New Year!
Wow your 2014 stitching is wonderful. I'm really looking forward to seeing all your 2015 sewing too. Have a wonderful year.
Very, very nice finished projects for 2014! I really enjoyed your recent post on the Blue Stars. It is really beautiful how you made it all come together. Looking forward to following your progress in 2015.
That's awesome. So many beautiful projects last year. Looks like you are having a great start to 2015. Looking forward to seeing more of your beautiful work this year.
Your finishes are ALL so pretty, Susan! I cannot believe how much you accomplish while also working! And year three of the MQM bee... well, good for you. I know that Amish-inspired one is going to be fabulous. Will you FPP the feathered center? And what's your 2015 word-of-the-year? You did such a nice job with "savour."
Terrific year past for you! Here's to all the creativity 2015 will hold! It's been great being in MCM with you, but also connecting in other social media....
You have had a beautiful year, how lovely to see it all here together. I wish you the best for 2015.
Very nice finishes. My new year plans call for more finishes and using all those fabrics I keep buying . . . and trying hard not to buy more. haha
Great finishes, Suz! Excited to see what you'll make in 2015 - have a great one!
Oh those dresdens are so so pretty!!!! Are you sure you don't want to do a swap for some of those blue DS prints???;)
So much beauty there. 2014 was a great year for you. I hope 2015 is very happy
I think savouring every stitch is the whole point.
At least one of your projects has inspired me this year. I can see a connection between something on my sewing desk and something pictured.
2014 was a busy year, and I see lots of plans for 2015 already. Will enjoy seeing how these snippets evolve throughout the year.
You had a great year. Here's to an even better 2015
