Given my new mantra of 'slow sewing'....
there can only be one goal for the next few weeks....

I might even have it finished for this...

Wooowwweeeee that is incredible!!! Good luck with the quilting, it will be amazing. xo
One thing, one thing - that's where I've been at too....nearly done.
May I ask which machine you use?
Your quilting is perfect! Such weeny stitches! Good luck on meeting the deadline!
Oh Susan - it's going to be slow and very very special!! I'm excited for you. I'm desperately seeking a new hand sewing project! Good luck - you can do it.
Oh Susan, it is seriously stunning. Best of luck - I'm totally coming to visit you one day so I can see your amazing quilts in person!
I think it's best not to set too many goals as you're more likely to achieve them. Happy slow sewing.
Great goals! I really love that quilt!
that pickle dish is wonderful (is that what its called?) definitely on my list..well done
Yes you can and you have my vote already! How's that for motivation ; )
Wishing you lots of luck! Love how the quilt is coming along.
fantastic! was the pickle dish just in pieces last time i was here?! i'm impressed, it looks amazing. and bloggers quilt festival!? seems like that JUST happened, wish I had something to enter!
Keep going Mrs S! xxx
Go girl!! Nothing like a deadline to get things done!
you can do it! They look great!
Good luck. It is a great quilt and I am sure it will look amazing with your quilting. After that the place mats will seem like a breeze!
I love your pickle dish! I will be pickle dishing along with you.
You are so making me laugh with your slow sewing comments. I rather like the idea of picking a project and getting on with it, ignoring all others. And the Pickle Dishes is one hell of a fabulous project to be getting on with. Can't wait to see it in the festival.
Wow! That pickledish is looking so yummy! I love the flea market fancy in the background...and the texty print for the squares. Cute placemats...your slow is still faster than my no-sewing!
Ooh yes, definitely get it done for the quilt festival!
Ooh yes, definitely get it done for the quilt festival!
It already looks stunning and will be even more so with the hand quilting.
The Bloggers Quilt Festival is a great deadline for your Ginger Kisses quilt. It's such a beautiful quilt!
Both projects are looking beautiful so far!
your ginger kisses quilt is so amazing. i love the hand quilting you are doing.
you already have a beautiful start to your hand pieced and quilted pickle dish. It is spectacular and will make a beautiful finish for the Blogger's Quilt Festival
Th hand quilting on your pickledish quilt is going to make your quilt so awesome, Suz. Do I see some Marmalade there in that second project!?
Beautiful quilting Susan. I absolutely adore your Ginger Kisses.
Two goals, perfectly achievable.
The quilt is gorgeous. Way to go on the hand quilting. I'm starting to see the value and enjoyment of having slow moving projects that get worked on little by little vs big projects that get all or nothing done at a time.
Yowza! Hand quilting for the win :-D You're my hero!
