A quick update

I finished this quilt the other day.

It is now ready to be gifted to a special person

who has been a wonderful support in my life in the last

18 months.

I kept the quilting simple because it is a modern design.

Lovely & very art decoish (is that a word). Lucky recipient. Take care & hugs.

Your quilt is lovely. Great colour combination and I like the blocks set en pointe.
That will be a lovely gift to a special person.

This is so lovely. I hope that we are heading towards simpler quilt designs for simpler quilts. Sometimes (and I have quilted my own fair share of these) they are so stiff with quilting that they are only good for hanging on a wall. Better to have a soft and drapable quilt, esp. if you are gifting it.
I just love this--hope she likes it too!

Such a treat to finish a project, isn't it? I'm plugging along but one of these days I'll say the same.
