Quilting brings people together!

Many longtime followers of my blog will remember

this quilt,

made with the help of my bee buddies in the

United States.

I call it "Words with Friends"!

This is another version made by Heather in Canada!

She had emailed me back in October wanting

permission to 'copy' it!

I don't know where the saying came from, so I have

no rights to it!

She did an awesome job, didn't she?

Happy sewing!

You never know how you will inspire others along the way. Both are lovely.

How lovely to have another quilter enjoy your work so much that they want to do it too!!!

It's nice to see this beautiful quilt again and be reminded of how much I love the saying and word quilts in general. Here's to quilty friends we meet along our virtual quilting journey. Cheers!

Such a great sediment. Both quilts are beautiful!

How great that you inspired someone else! And that you're sharing her work here. I love your quilt for all the different colors and prints in it. And hers is good because of the unifying background. Two versions of a profound saying. Thanks for sharing!

I love this quilt--and how fun that someone else has made one just like yours. Well, not exactly, but echoed your theme. Fun to see it again :)

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery! Both interpretations are lovely.
You can tell the regional differences of the makers by the comma before 'and'. :)
