Our second month has come to an end!
And my lovely blocks arrived from
Carla earlier in the week…
Aren't they pretty?
And here are the blocks I sent her...
much more sedate,
don't ya think?
For December we are playing with
our reds, pinks and greens!

Loving all of you X and + blocks so far - the Christmassy ones will be beautiful too!
The colors you're using are just amazing together. Lovely blocks.
All of the blocks are fabulous
To sash, or not to sash, that is the question...
Don't they all look fabulous together!
Such pretty colours. The quilt will have real impact.
These blocks are coming together so well! The end result is going to be a beautiful mix. And Christmassy colors? Can't wait to see how those turn out!
Love the colours, Susan! The blocks are looking so fabulous together.
Such a fun swap! Enjoy your lovely blocks
These look so great all together. The little dark spots of black/brown add a nice contrast to a great color scheme. Wish I had played along.
Big mouth!
pretty blocks
Ohhhhhh! They look great! I love seeing the fabrics you each have in your stash! fun!
Oh, they look great together! I love the touch of brown, makes the blocks pop! I will not tell Carla, but, I love the new colors coming up too!
Maybe I will need to revisit this pattern again. I think I like the way they look without the sashing.
The wild and the sedate look like best friends when mixed together!
I love all of your blocks! And the December-blocks will sure be great! What a nice swap - I love it :-)
I'm loving your blocks!! It's fun that you are using your reds and greens leading up to Christmas.
It is so interesting to see he blocks that come in a swap. It is great fun.
Gosh, you both have such amazing stashes! Both sets look beautiful together... I bet you are really pleased with how things are turning out.
Very pretty indeed! Also love the blocks that you have contributed.
I'm really enjoying seeing all the swaps out there (and just now getting around to the great show of Cross-X blocks). Yours and Carla's are really fun and I love how you are choosing three different colors every time.
Hate to say this, but you both have wild fabrics! And I think in this quilt--the more the merrier. Thanks for being such great inspiration for all of us.
