Before I went on my little break
I finished piecing my
Rocky Mountain Puzzles blocks....
And have decided to use a vintage sheet for backing.
I just need to get some batting organised.....
I couldn't resist making another pin cushion,
from the "Patchwork Please" book!
I added some stitching and
a little yo-yo in the centre...

And while I was playing, I decided to make
the Market Bag....
Both these were going to put put aside for
Christmas gifts.....
I even remembered to put one of my
labels on the inside!
Aren't these lady bugs cute! |
(They kindly sent me a sample or two!)
I have another project lined up too....
But that can wait for another day!
What WIPs do you have 'on the go'?

A lovely list of beautiful projects you have there!!
I love that Rocky Mountain Quilt! You make me want to stitch a quilt with a white background! So fresh! ANd that bag is just too cute. I don't think you should give this one away! Save it for you...you deserve it!
Great bag, that'd be a brilliant Christmas present. Love the quilt too, weren't they bee blocks?
Your level of productivity is amazing. And what great projects! You have plenty of time to decide on that Market bag.
Great, all around. The puzzle blocks are so fun, and I love the little pincushion - the yoyo is a perfect addition.
Your projects are all darling, as always! I love that floral on the market bag...what is it?
Sadly to many WIPs here! I love your projects...the top is lovely and the bag cute...love the fabric combo for the next bag!
Your Rocky Road looks fabulous and I love your choice of backing. That pincushion is the cutest with it's sweet fussy cutting. I can totally see why you don't want to give away your bag.
Your projects are wonderful!
I especially love the rocky mountain puzzle top and the sheet you'll use as backing. Lovely!
As always so many lovely thing. Lovely Xmas pin cushion.
What a cute bag! Love all the different fabrics you've used in it - especially the one you've used for the straps.
Lovely project - the little pinnie is so sweet!
absolutely gorgeous projects Suz. I wouldn't be giving that bag away either!
Those puzzle blocks look great. It will be such a nice quilt and good idea for the back.
Doesn't it feel good to intersperse quick little projects among the big quilt-y pieces? Your pin cushion and tote are great! Especially love that bag! I don't think we can ever have too many of them. But your Rocky Mountain Puzzles quilt is going to be amazing. Have you picked a different name for it yet? Will you quilt it yourself?
Love the project, great bag!!
What a lot of lovelies!
I have a pile of terry's fabrics waiting for me to pull my finger out xxx
All lovely.
I have a long, long list of WIPs and to-dos, made longer by the looming prospect of Christmas presents. Patchwork Please is such a great book. I think everyone in my family will be getting something from it (market bags and placemats, etc.) for Christmas.
This is all looking good. Your pincushion is so cute, the bee quilt is looking pretty and I love your bag.
That vintage sheet is just perfect! Love it when that happens :0) Looks like you are getting good mileage from the Patchwork Please book, which always make it more worthwhile buying, doesn't it?
Your quilt looks great, and I love that bag!
The rocky mountain puzzle looks great, I'm looking forward to reading how you find using the vintage sheet for backing. I love the pincushion.
Love that bag! I'm not very good at making things, something I need to work on xx
The blocks look incredible and that sheet will be such a pretty back. I'm in love with the bag too, you should totally keep it, it's gorgeous!
Those Rocky Mountain blocks are just wonderful! And that pincushion. And that market bag! *sigh* what a lovely post...
I like your choice for the backing fabric.
I think you should keep the bag and make another one.
What WIP's? Too many.
You've been busy! Each project is a winner. You are certainly well organised preparing Christmas gifts already.
I like everything you've made, but that little pin cushion is super cute.
