I've had this fabric in my stash for some time now...
ooops! It's upside down! |
In fact I had cut out it out ready to make potholders...
I even had the bias binding ready!
But it was only when I was in Spotlight last week that
I spotted the Insul-brite I would need to finish them!
I did a variety of quilting and.....
Not quite Zakka, but fun anyway! |
I am really pleased with how they turned out!
Thanks Debbie and Simone for giving me the added
incentive
to get this little project ticked off!

Enjoy Sydney. Love the potholders.
These are lovely! I had to search my Spotlight for the insul-bright too:) Have fun in Sydney.
They look great! =D
Those are very cute! Have a nice trip!
Love these! They are so cute - would definitely brighten up the kitchen :)
My kids are still young enough (although luckily not that young) that your title made me think of something else entirely! Have a wonderful trip - do you have any favourite shops on the itinerary?
Going potty has nothing to do with pot holders at our place either. Especially when I have one that refuses to.
Lovely pot holders regardless - I have yet to make any - because I've never found the insul-bright!
Your red pot holders are great! I love the fabric.

I don't know much about Zakka style but I like these potholders!
Your potholders turned out wonderfully! I really like the detail of the measuring tape loop.
