That's going to be just gorgeous . . . all those rich colors and beautiful florals! Congrats on the commission too.
Love how your new project is moving along. Hope your feeling better.
I love the darkness and moodiness of these colours - looking forward to seeing your layout. Well done on your 1st commission - hope we'll get to see it? :)
This is exciting, love your fabric choices!
Yay! Congratulations on your commission. Hope you're feeling better x
I remember when you bought up all that barkcloth. So glad to see you moving ahead to use it, though I'm sorry it was a head cold that sent you that direction. Miserable, I'm sure. And a quilt commission?! Well, good for you! I hope it works out, and that you don't undervalue your talent. I ended up not making a requested commission quilt when the potential customer learned how much I would charge. I'm wishing you the best with that!
I love what you're doing with the Outback Wife stash, can't wait to see the final reveal. Both Hubby and I are sick, I have a cold also and haven't sewn much until today. Congratulations on your first commission, SuperStar Suz.
So jealous you have Outback Wife--I missed that boat, but love seeing it show up in others' feeds and projects. This will be a beautiful quilt!
PS. Congratulations on your commission! (I hit "send" too quickly, and meant to write that :)
Love that Outback Wife fabric and can't wait to see the finished quilt top! Your designs are always wonderful and inspirational!!!
Sometimes we do need distractions. And what a great result. Definitely worth playing with your lovely fabrics.
And congratulations on the commission. That is very exciting!
You certainly have a good stash of Outback Wife fabrics. How exciting getting a commission.
Hope you are feeling better Susan. And looking forward to hearing more about the commission... which I always seem to find very stressful.
