This question is not at all related to today's post. I have noticed that you have made (are in the process of making) quite a few Jen Kingwell quilts. I am in the process of constructing her Fluttery Quilt. Jen's instructions are to press your seams to one side but I prefer pressing the seams open so that the seams lay flatter. What method do you prefer when working on one of her designs? As a side note, I love reading your blog and your quilts are quite beautiful. eliz.i@sympatico.ca
Variety is the spice of life--proof of it is in these blocks! I'm particularly fond of #CN1132. Great job!

Wonderful blocks - I love the magpie fabric :-) I'm still afraid of cutting into mine but one day I will. Thanks again for sending it!!! I love it (although I didn't in the beginning...) :-)

Susan--a great line-up of fun blocks. Yes I'm completely jealous that you have your Chuck Nohara blocks done. That yet awaits me in the closing week of February (I need those extra days!). Your lady bug block is beyond cute, with all the fun figures in the fabric (alliteration?). I'm totally impressed -- and inspired-- by your output of these and the book blocks.
