Tending....

Mr PnP's bruises and broken bones....

(I'll save you the photos!)

and my stash!

If a girl can't sew, she can still shop!

From Darn Cheap Fabrics....cheep, cheep!

All great buys for $7.50 a metre!

From G & J Fabrics

The bottom two are just 20cm x WOF ($1 each!)

The Saffron Craig will make a great binding, don't you think?

Pantone's Radiant Orchid is popular

 at the moment....

The "Kei" on the left is from Polka Dot Tea Fabrics, the Lizzy House from Big W!

So I put together my own little bundle .

And to finish off my shopping spree....

and

All from Polka Dot Tea Fabrics!

Those who know me well may know which one of these made me squeal when I saw it!

Now, what should I make...suggestions being taken!

Happy days!

SUZ

Oooh! Lots of pretty goodies.
It is difficult to pick favourites among so much loveliness, but I like the two chicken prints ... and everything in the fourth pic!

Ohhhhh, I am not sure what made you squeal but for me those baby chicks and the fabrics in the fourth picture, especially the little aqua flowers. I would pet them for a while before I cut into them. Oh such a happy post!

What beautiful fabrics! I hope your guy is mending.

What, what, what??? When did Big W start selling fabric? Is it any good?

Glad to hear the man of the house is on the mend. Perhaps you could sew him a quilted ice pack cover!

Love all of your fabric! Have you made Steam Punk? That is what is on my list to do and you have a lot of fabrics that would work perfectly.

Lots of gorgeous new fabrics to play with!! I agree with Mary's suggestion of Steam Punk.

Your shopping spree is fabulous! I know that $7.50 a meter is a great price. Good for you to bargain hunt like that - ha! After seeing that last print, I'd be making cupcakes or macaroons, if I were you! Yum.

Seriously good shopping, but not so good the not being able to sew and the poor mr.

A lovely haul.
I sometimes forget that Darn Cheap Fabrics has a good range. Always worth a visit.
I do hope hubby is mending well.

Some good bargains there, and a nice range of fabrics. I think one of the lovely scrappy quilts would look great using some of these, maybe a scrappy nine patch or something like that.

You have some beauties there. How is mr PnP getting along?

I love getting this virtual tour of your new acquisitions! And yes, since you are nursemaid and teacher and "chief cook and bottle washer" (my Dad's old saying), I think getting a little pick-me-up in the form of fabric is a great idea!

Tell your husband he has my sympathy as I can remember my husband Dave's similar bike accident. Heal well!
