Random Preparations....

As life slowly returns to some routine,

(where I prepare for more regular sewing sessions,

at least....)

I have another Jazz Hands block complete!

10 down, 2 more to go!

Backing has been prepared for the Sherbet Pips

quilt....

And binding fabric purchased....

There has been preparation for my Summer job....

And a lovely pack of fabric scraps from Cindy in the

mail....

And a cute breakfast brioche...

My tummy was prepared for it...

Yum!

Finally we are preparing for a long, hot summer!

Happy days,

SUZ

Lucky you - summer! Enjoy! We don't seem to have had one this year - just rain, rain and more rain! Roll on summer 2013!
Love the gorgeous colours in the block!

Can I just ask why you are EPPing Jazz Hands? i'm also doing it but the way shown in MO2, cutting out the pieces and hand-sewing them together. Just curious!

Jazz Hands perfection. I still have to wrap my head around you talking about the heat sometimes. It takes a while to "click" in my brain before I have my morning coffee. :)

Stay cool, dude! hahaha! Seriously, we consider those dangerous temps. Looks like you have your lovely stitching line-up all in order - I can't wait to follow along. Mmmmmmm...your brioche looks yummy!

You achieve so much Suz, and I love it! That brekky looks amazing. When it starts to get hot like this I always think of the tennis...and the cricket! xo

Looks like you're making great progress on many projects. Phew, 39 degrees, I would be very unhappy in weather that warm. We were marvelling at how hot it was here the other day - a balmy 20 degrees, which is about as hot as it ever gets in spring in Wellington. Now back down to 12 degrees or so... Quite jealous of your Aussie Open job. Say hi to Rog and Rafa for me :-)
