to complete my Chuck Nohara blocks for June!
But not all in the one block....
hand applique, machine applique, blanket stitch,
embroidery, piecing- with an inset seam,
felt and fusing!
So to celebrate - it's time for a group shot...
And plans for July...
Happy sewing!

This quilt is spectacular ! The colors are so pretty, and we love the fact that all the different sewing techniques are featured. That birdie (or chickie) has so much personality.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun, fascinating quilt with so many interesting blocks. You're doing a wonderful job ! :-)
Best wishes, from Marina and Daryl
Wow - these look fabulous together. I won't be doing much sewing for a little while, our garage and my sewing and computer room got flooded yesterday with the record rain we got. Everything is packed up waiting for the drying company to turn up.
ReplyDeleteOnce again you've sewn fantastic blocks and it's wonderful to see them all together - they look awesome! I LOVE this little bird, it's too cute!
ReplyDeleteIt really is a bit of everything! They are all so different but look great together.
ReplyDeleteLove everything about these blocks Susan! It's going to be a fabulous quilt.
ReplyDeleteIt must feel very satisfying to see all the blocks together like that. So much progress and such wonderful blocks!
ReplyDeleteThese are just all so spectacular! I think the duck has to get the prize for the cutest block though!
ReplyDeleteI love your Chuck Blocks!! I see the one you told me I was missing--I thought you'd gone ahead and done a couple of extras at the beginning, so I wasn't worried about them, but I did pull it up this morning and will get on it. All yours coordinate so nicely; it was a smart move to harmonize the fabrics!
ReplyDeleteLove the group shot! They look fantastic :)
ReplyDeleteLove the group photo! They all look so good together, nice colour combo!
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous quilt...love it.
ReplyDeleteWow Look at them all! You've been busy! I love how they're all so different. The little chickie is particularly cute.
