As the name suggests, I started this on a whim....
and entered it in the show....
on a whim!
I had long admired this quilt, on the cover of a
Quiltmania magazine.
I wish I changed a few things about this quilt,
but that's okay!
Sometimes its about the journey,
not the destination!

Good for you to have started this, and even better that you finished! It's great that you entered a show and shared it with viewers. Do you have a place for it now? Or more shows to enter?

ReplyDeleteI love it Suz, as soon as I saw the picture pop up on my reader this morning I clicked on it straight away. The Baptist fan quilting is perfect for it and the fabrics are so "you". I think we always want to change things once we have finished a quilt, but there is always next time :)

(I like whenever I can link us together in friendship somehow, even if I have to stretch it.) I love your quilt and love the picture of you beside it, hanging in the show. I think the quilter did a great job--wonderful! (And I love your new header.)
