means a little sewing...
lots of cycling....
visiting beautiful gardens.....
and the beach.....
op shopping.....
and general relaxing!
We are experiencing a bit of heatwave at the moment,
so motivation to sew is not high!
When it cools down, hopefully there will be a flimsy
finish!
Happy days!

Beautiful blog
ReplyDeleteBeautiful scrappy quilt in the making. I made one quite similar a few years ago.
ReplyDeleteA heat wave sounds lovely, as I sit here in the house with my toque on waiting for the furnace to kick in. lol
Hello Suz,
ReplyDeletethis pattern for the quilt is very nice and has an interesting effect. I will keep this in mind for one of my scrapp projects one day.
Happy summer and take care, Doris :o)
great job with the triangle secondary block.
ReplyDeleteI love it. I might just try that with the odd 16 patches I have left over ...Is that ok with you xo
Summer sounds heavenly! I’ve been wearing two pair of socks and two shirts inside lately. I really like your scrappy quilt.
ReplyDeleteI love all the photos of flowers, and those flat-petaled flowers are so interesting. I also love that you have space to stretch out in, and a beach to lay on. You have earned this lovely time there, for sure.
ReplyDeleteThe quilt is looking so nice. That is a *perfect* gray in the hourglass block. Lovely!
It had been very uncomfortable last week! I admire you for getting out and about. The beach would have been perfect.
ReplyDeleteThat looks like a lovely sewing project.
Took me a while but I am catching up on posts.
