A quick catch-up

Life out of lockdown has been busy!

So sewing time has been found in small bursts!

I managed to complete the four blocks for Finnley's

quilt....

I think you've already seen the Spider Monkey...

He has been joined by Mr Leopard....

Tommy Toucan....

and Sammy Sloth!

I had a bit of fun putting together a collage of the four

together.

The yellow gingham was a background option on a

photo editing app I have on my phone!

I'm away for a few days, so this will have to wait for a

bit!

Happy days!

  2. That is ever so cute. Enjoy your time away, even though the weather isn't playing nicely for November. Take care & hugs.

  3. Oh yes! You said it! Actually, "life after COVID" is busy! The past two months have flown by since activities and doings are back to normal. I'm so happy that Florida did what it did (kept things open) during the worst of COVID because we're the first state to be living as usual. Your jungle squares are really cute! No doubt you're making them for a special grandchild. Keep having fun making, as you find the time! Stay well.

  5. Your blocks for the quilt look wonderful. This will be a great quilt for a child. Lovely background detail, too.
I am pleased you are able to get away for a few days!

  7. Okay, now I think I like not only the Toucan the best, but also the Leopard. He's very cute with all his spots! This quilt is really cute--I know it is a LOT of work, so great job on these four blocks.
