I've had this quilt finished for a few days now, but
with all the Christmas preparations and "Eli-sitting",
there has been little opportunity to get decent
photos!
I'm not sure why the inside shots are so poor in
colour quality?
You get a better idea of the quilting here...
a FMQ square spiral in each rectangle.
Here it is being caught in the wind today....
much brighter and true-to-life!
And why that name,
"B100MS", I hear you ask?
I used a vintage sheet for the backing |
This is my 100th quilt, so I put that number "100"
into the word Blooms,
and that's what I came up with!
A simple quilt which effectively shows the varied and
mostly floral prints!
This is my 12th quilt for 2018 too!
Happy sewing!

Hoorah for you, eeking out one more quilt before the end of the year! You did a great job choosing a significant name. Congratulations on making 100 quilts, and 12 this year. You sure get a lot accomplished while working full time! Hope you have a wonderful Christmas!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on Quilt #100! A real milestone, and this is a lovely quilt to celebrate that event with great colors and fun quilting. Hope you have a Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteWoohoo... 100 quilts. I have never kept track of numbers, how did you do it? Great quilt by the way, love those florals all mixed up.
ReplyDeleteGoodness sakes! One hundred quilts! There should be some kind of prize for that. This one is a beauty. It perfectly shows off the lovely floral prints.
