I thought I'd do a follow-up of my latest quilt!
I found a photo of a scrappy quilt on Pinterest that

I love the scrappiness in this. That really looks wonderful.
ReplyDeleteThis looks fantastic. Thankyou for sharing your measurements.
ReplyDeleteLove seeing this gorgeous quilt with all its scrappy blocks!
ReplyDeleteYou know me, I just love this quilt. Thanks for the measurements. I know I'll be using my die-cutter for these patches.
ReplyDeleteLove this quilt. Will definitely add it to the list of must do's-plenty of scraps here.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the measurements! Love this quilt to scraps!
ReplyDeleteSuch a great scrap quilt. Thanks for the measurements.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it great that you know so much about quiltmaking that you can look at a picture and figure out how to make it without buying a pattern? You did a great job with the math, and with your scraps. I think I will always love scrappy quilts no matter what style they're made in. Would you believe that I've recently used so many scraps that I don't have many left?! Seems sort of self-defeating to cut yardage into scraps, doesn't it? Need to make "regular" quilts so I have more scraps!
ReplyDeleteYes, that idea might help getting rid of my packed tin of two-inch blocks. Great idea!
ReplyDeleteI've seen this one on Pinterest too and have plans to make it down the road so your dimensions save me some work - thanks! It is so pretty. How could it not be with all of those wonderful scraps?
ReplyDeleteThis is probably a really great scrap buster, and much more interesting than a quilt made of simply squares. Does it have an intended home and do you have quilting ideas?
ReplyDeleteLove it! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the pattern . I love the scrappy look. Ready to get into my bucket of cut 2.5 inch squares.
ReplyDeleteMuchas gracias así aprovecho los trozos pequeños
ReplyDeleteThis is a great scrappy pattern. So glad I stumbled upon it!! Thank you!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is so colorful and a well-placed scrappy pattern! Love it... I am new to quilting and just happened upon your quilt.
ReplyDeleteI saw the same picture on Pinterest and made the quilt, adding a border. It certainly used up my scraps. I wish I'd come upon your post earlier as I had to do the math myself.
ReplyDeleteLove this
ReplyDeleteHow much yardage is 1.3 meters? In yardage I mean?
ReplyDeleteGorgeous
ReplyDeleteI’ve been cutting my small scrap squares for a while and now I have the perfect quilt to use them with. Thank you for the measurements!
ReplyDeleteSo each row either begins or ends with a row of 4 squares? Am I understanding this correctly?
