Reporting In!

with little bit and pieces!

Firstly, I decided to get some order into my stash!


I borrowed this book from my library...

And got cutting...


into 2", 3.5" and 5" squares!

There is something satisfying about make order out of scrap!

And I have started a new secret project.....



but I have only got to the cutting stage with this!

I have managed a little sewing...

Here are some of my favourite Farmer's Wife blocks together....


And the hand quilting on my Modern Sampler Christmas Runner! ooops!

  7. I love the idea of organising scraps into usable pieces and I have had my eye this book for a while but wasn’t sure if it was a good buy. What did you think of it and is it worth getting? I would love you opinion on this book. Love your Farmer's Wife blocks. I think I have done about 50 of them so far and still counting. I love your quilting on your modern sampler. Very nice.
