And these are just the ones I want to think about.
I don't count quilt tops which are waiting to be quilted either!
(Shhh! There are 6 of those!)
So over the last few days I have made a list....
And prioritized according to whether it had a deadline AND if it was machine or hand sewn.
It doesn't have a home yet.
Started my pincushion for the Flick'r swap......
I am pretty happy with this little pair of scissors I designed and embroidered!
Gosh, I make my stippling CLOSE together!
I like the effect, but, boy, it takes ages!
So now they are "Works in Progress"....
Rather than "Works Stagnating!"
He's wishing you a Happy Weekend AND Happy Sewing!

Up until now I've flown by the seat of my pants but I've started making lists now - it does kind of focus the mind on getting the jobs done so we can start to play on new projects!
ReplyDeleteI have a list too... but I still keep going off at a tangent and adding to it faster than I am crossing things off.... I love all your colour blocks... great idea

Oh the scissors are amazing, happy quilting, love Posie
ReplyDeleteGeesh, everything looks great! I love your scissors....very nice. And that Humpty Dumpty is too cute! Good idea to make a list and it feels so wonderful when you check one of those items off :) BTW - your stippling is very nice.
ReplyDeleteThe scissors are great and it should be a lovely pin cushion. Making lists really frightens me so I just think about what I need to do the next day and if there are no deadlines then it is what I would like to do. Happy stitching!
ReplyDeleteEverytime I start to make a list of my 'in progress works' it gets longer - more goes on but nothing comes off. Seems to me there should be a balance somewhere.

Only 6 waiting for quilting? Wow, I shudder to even count mine. All of you projects are progressing nicely.
ReplyDeleteWow! You sure seem to get quite a bit done though. Love your place mat!
