More work than....

play!

The end of the school year is fast approaching and,

as a teacher, it is my busiest time of the year!

And that's my excuse why I look so tired modelling by

new "Sew Serendipity" blouse...

It's a little big, but better big than small!
I have done some more EPP of my "Jazz Hands"...

ready to add to these...

which has been sadly neglected while I worked

on my Museum Medallion...

I hope to back with some serious fabric 'play',

real soon!

After all, its nearly Summer holidays here!

Happy Thanksgiving to all my friends in the US...

SUZ

PS: I have solved my photo problem for the time being....

Thanks to all my friends, especially Hadley who came to my rescue!

Absolutely better too big than than too small, especially leading up to Christmas.
Best of luck with marking all those exams and making through to the Christmas hols in one piece!

Your blouse looks great - and it nearly matches the flowers in the background. Glad you solved your photo problem. You have a couple of lovely projects going at the moment - hope you have more time to work on them soon :-)

Well done on actually sewing something out of the book! Questiontime: did you make it out of cotton?? and is it comfortable?? If it was smaller, would it be less comfortable??

Yay, you've got photos! I love the picture of you modelling your fabulous new top, it looks fantastic and really suits you. When I make clothes they just look wrong. Your Jazz hands are really coming along too, you've made so many. You'll be through your busy days soon.

I love your blouse! Great fabric choice and such a pretty shape. I'm so terrified of making clothes.
The jazz hands are looking amazing and I can't wait to see more of your medallion xx

Oh Susan - I am so behind on my blog reading. Black Friday nearly got the best of me! I love the blouse! And all your quilting is looking fabulous. I wish I had your energy right now...working full time and still able to produce magnificent stitchy projects. So glad you solved the Blogger issue...I did have to purchase more space last year. ugh
